Donyell Marshall?

Post#1 » by ChrisTheFuturePaul » Mon Aug 25, 2008 3:19 am

Should we give him a minimum offer to play backup PF??? The guy can shoot, hes experienced.

In his best seasons he averaged 40% from 3pt land from 350+ attempts, he can rebound, solid from the FT line. Or is he past his used by date?

I haven't watched much of Marshall this past season so I don't know exactly how he's been playing. Training camp starts in a month and I'm hoping the Hornets will have another big by then.

I think he'd be more solid than some inexperienced big that gets cut from a stacked roster a couple days before camp. Considering Ely can play center and Hilton can play either spot too i'd settle for someone Marshall's size who can give us 10mins of solid ball a game.

PS: prolly more like 5 minutes considering how much BScott plays West/Chandler ;p
