Dansby finished a HR short of the cycle tonight. 3-5, 3 RBI tonight. He's hitting .370 thru 27 ABs.

Second coldest game on record to start this game. Braves were there for the coldest start. They won both games!
What's with our two new guys? Left field and third base. This early in the season and both are hitting over .400 !!
SS Swanson couldn't hit worth a darn last season and he's one or our leaders this season.

Realistically, Tucker and Flaherity will cool off from their hot streak eventually. I think Dansby's good enough to maintain this start (not saying that he'll hit .400 obviously, but I see him as a .310 hitter over the course of a season).

However, that being said, Ender Inciarte will heat up eventually, he won't stay at .226, Albies just got over .200 and I expect him to hit better eventually as well. Freeman leads the NL in OBP but he's proven in the past that, when healthy, he's a bona fide MVP candidate so I'm not worried about him dropping off. We also have Camargo coming back from injury for when Flaherity does cool off, and we have Acuna a week away from coming up to bolster the offense.

Really good game from Teheran. 6 innings of 2 earned runs. Terrible luck that he's going up against Max Scherzer, who's just on his game.

Tip of the cap to Scherzer. 2-hit shutout tonight, those hits being harmlessly scattered about. With the movement and placement of his pitches, you can't even blame our lineup. Sometimes you just have to acknowledge greatness, take the L and get ready to play again tomorrow.
