Maybin looks great at the plate. When the trade happened, I thought he was just a bench bat. Now, the Braves could actually get value back for him...that said, I hope he doesn't get traded!

5 games back of both division and wild card.

sell off some of the older guys for prospects, preferably some offensive ones.

i could see a few teams want Grilli, Jim Johnson, AJ and Kelly Johnson. maybe Uribe too.

We should've won the games against the Phillies, Brewers, and the first against the Rockies (had the idiot umpires delayed the start of the game we would've won with Alex Wood pitching). Typical Atlanta choke man, they seem scared of getting close to the division and WC leaders.

MLB trade rumors, says the Braves have had serious talks with Dodgers and Blue Jays about Braves closer Jason Grilli. I guess the Braves will be sellers at the deadline. However, I'd like to keep Maybin and KJ around.

Rockies win 3-2. Damn that sucks about Grilli, Braves were looking to trade him. Now can't get anything for him. Hope he recovers from the injury.
