I really thought the umpire squeezed Folty on the 2-2 pitch in the ninth. Folty was probably out of gas regardless. He still had a Great game.

Much respect to the Oakland fans for giving our boy a standing ovation, too.

That's maybe my favorite part about baseball, even the opposing fans will salute when they see something worthy of saluting. The tip of the cap from Folty was just gravy.

Braves win Game 2, 4-3. Viz screwed Dickey out of a win in the eighth but Dansby saved us in the 9th!

The Braves had a 2-0 lead thru 6 innings, until Teheran fell apart in the 7th. 2-2 in the 8th.

What a Great win, 4-3. Ender really saved us with that catch! (40-41) halfway through the season with Freeman missing a huge chunk of time and I'm ecstatic!

I'll admit, I thought we would fall off a cliff without Freeman, but everyone has stepped up (led by Matt Adams) to put us in some contention!

The schedule gets brutal in these next 6 before the all star break but it also gives us a chance to really close the gap on Washington with a 4-game series against them (the other 2 against the Astros).

He caught a pop up and handled a grounder perfectly to throw out his man (his arm is actually stronger than I thought). One or two got down the line for doubles on him but he was off the line and they were missiles.

Braves fall to the Stros again 10-4. I'm not getting too discouraged we won't see a better team than that all season. No offense to the Dodgers, Gnats, Arizona or anyone else but the Houston lineup is lethal, there is literally nowhere to go for an out. They get so many two strike hits and many of them are on good pitches. Big series starting tomorrow night. The Gnats are without Turner for awhile!

The Gnats are proving what a second rate, garbage organization they are. Game delayed, no rain in area, no tarp on field, they could have played half the damn game before the forecasted rain at 8:30 pm. They are so worried about that trash bullpen LOL. No wonder nobody likes their Walgreens logo stealing *****!

The game finally started after 10 PM est and only a drizzle of rain and the cheating Gnats bullpen imploded anyway LOL. Braves get Folty another win by the score of 5-2. The Braves are (5-2) in our last seven vs. the cheaters and (5-5) on the season now against them. Suck it, Gnats!
