That's the Braves roster for the series. I'm very surprised they didn't put Richard Rodriquez on the roster and did put Terrance Gore on it. I never even heard of Gore - I guess he'll just pinch-run. That probably makes sense to take advantage of the extra-inning rule with the guy on 2B - it's a big advantage to have a speed guy on base. But it puts a lot of pressure on him to not make a base-running blunder.

Missing out on a golden opportunity to score against a great pitcher in the first is not a good sign for the Braves. There's gonna be a lot strikeouts tonight.

Brewers win 2-1. Morton allowed 2 run HR in the 7th. The Braves had runners at the corners with 2 outs in the 9th, and Snit chooses to hit Arcia with the game on the line. Joc solo PH HR in the 8th.

Really surprising Max got pulled after just 81 pitches, but maybe Snit was thinking it was deja vu - after Morton was so dominant through 6 the first game. It worked out fine, but Matzek's maybe the key in the pen, and he's been worked hard. Will Smith allowed the 1st 2 runners on - but then got it done.

Not to mention our bullpen hasn't given up a run. Once again, Snit with an early hook on the starter, but it worked out fine. And Joc is an absurdly good playoffs hitter - more productive as a pinch-hitter than any of the starters.
