I feel for Tim Hudson right now, because he loss his grandmother to cancer Sunday and his former Auburn teammate, current St. Louis relief pitcher, Josh Hancock to a car wreck.

Both big blows for him, if it does affect this start it'll be okay. Huddie has a different mindset to him this season that I believe can't be disrupted.

If he struggles before 5 innings, I say we take him out, and put the pressure on our relief. I would hate to see Timmy struggle for a long period of time.

Agreed. I doubt he will struggle tonight especially coming off the performance in Florida.
