Will someone please explain to the Cubs that it is acceptable to score multiple runs. FIVE straight games with only scoring 1 run.

Daniel Murphy is a surprise addition. That could be huge in the playoffs, especially if they end up with games involving the DH.

yeah hamels has been amazing for us, really a huge boost. especially with darvish being done and chatwood not working out

and then bote walks off again today!! we might be getting on a roll!

four games up on the cardinals, 4.5 on the brewers

This series with the Brewers is big. They really need to win it. A sweep almost clinch the division. Losing the series, or worse getting swept, would make it a likely fight to the finish. Am I the only rooting against the Dodgers? They are really the one team I don't want to face in the playoffs.

This was as close to a must win as you can get with 20ish to go and the Cubs won! They go for the series win tomorrow in another big game.
