2020 season thread - it's starting soon???

i haven't been paying attention but if i'm reading the schedule correctly, does the regular season start on friday?

anything i need to know about for this upcoming season? i've been way out to lunch on baseball news.

Seems like NL managers might rotate DH more than we might think to give extra rest without losing at bats. Nice to see Hendricks get a chance to finish and save pen. Caught pieces but he looked great. Nice to see bottom of lineup have some moments.

Darvish maddening again. Bullpen looks same as 2019. Need something from Yu and pen for this year to be anything

An inning or two he looked brilliant and others looked same old Yu. 3 more years of his and Hayward's contracts likely going to hurt the team. Only one L but disappointed

Right? I know he gets hit a lot and is usually league leader but wow.

Nice to see good Yu and some reliable bullpen arms. Kimbrel is still a worry but maybe finishing a game even if poorly gives him a bit of a shot in the arm.

series postponed, dang cardinals

social distance for crying out loud! cubs have been doing very well so far, both on the field and being safe off it. maybe its for the best they don't get to close to the redbirds right now
