Re: Around The League
December 4th and the Lakers have as many losses as we do. FAIL.
11/18/2017 - I have officially disowned Nikola Vucevic and branded him a loser.
- Skal Labissiere was my guy in 2016 pre-trade. Whoops, but I still believe.
- Malik Monk was my guy in 2017. Whoops(?)
- Mo Bamba was my guy in 2018. TBD.

Re: Around The League
lol LA was up by 7pts when dwight came back into the game with 6 minutes left in the 4th. He then went 5/10 from the free throw line in the last three minutes of the game and Rockets won... lololol

That's 5 possessions of not having to play D for Houston. Awesome!
I'm surprised more teams didn't do this to us last year.

Re: Around The League
I think it becomes an easier choice with the Lakers. Do we take our chances on the Black Mamba or put Dwight on the line?
With us, our offense was so bad at times last year, sometimes you were better off just letting us shoot ourselves in the foot over and over again with bad shots and turnovers.

I do remember hearing about that game against the Warriors where Jackson had the team do nothing but foul. It sounded amusing as heck, even though the game probably didn't look that good.
Remember when Kobe elbowed Jameer in the chin so hard Jameer was knocked down and sent skidding across the floor?

Man, I'm getting a kick out of Dwight being exposed for the fraud that he is. Call it sour grapes but I firmly believe we'd never win a title with him as our #1 option. Dwight is nothing more than a glorified Ben Wallace.

Howard also didn't like being questioned about his free throw shooting.
"People are going to say whatever they want to say, but at the end of the day, go back and look at the game," he said. "The reason we lost was not my free throws. That didn't lose us the game. Our defense was not there in the fourth quarter."

He needs to grow up and take responsibility. He's not the only reason they lost but he's a big part of why they lost.
Edit: He's also cost the Magic quite a few games with his free throw shooting, including a game in the Finals.

At least Shaq had a couple of rudimentary moves, and was an excellent passer. Other than that running hook he likes and the bank shot he might take once every five games, I can't think of anything Dwight has that can be classified as a legitimate post game. This pretty much eliminates his ability to be used as a consistent focal point.
Some things dont change.

Damn this fool is something else, typical Dwight. So quick to throw everyone else under the bus instead of just looking in the mirror. For me one mark of a leader is when they can acknowledge their own faults and vow to get better this dude isn't a leader. He should of said that he'll work hard so that other teams can't take advantage of that, while it may be a little white lie at least he would be acknowledging it and not try to bring the team into the equation because at the end of the day he missed those free throws not the team.

I got a kick out of this quote when I read it earlier as well. When you miss eight of sixteen free throws and your team loses by two...the reason you lost was in fact those free throws.
I guess hitting half is good enough for Dwight now.
