Zoran Erceg- 6'11 PF

Probably too old with an 1985 birth year, but good enough to be on a roster. I like niche bench guys like this who can shoot.

Sonny Weems 6-5 Wing
http://www.draftexpress.com/profile/Sonny-Weems-330/
Okay, I'd imagine you've heard of him, but he's a more well rounded player. I suspect he will be Danny Green's replacement in San Antonio next season. Sonny explains his transition as a player in the video.

Tomas Satoransky 6'7.5 PG
http://www.draftexpress.com/profile/Tom ... nsky-5280/
Athletic freak of nature PG. Disgruntled Wizards property.

Petteri Koponen 6'4 PG
http://www.draftexpress.com/profile/Pet ... onen-1273/
Dead eye shooter off the dribble or set. Very deep range. Ability to have success without dominating ball as a PG

Milos Teodosic 6'5 PG
http://www.draftexpress.com/profile/Milos-Teodosic-266/
Shooter with deep range on or off ball. Snyder's vote for best passer in the world. Most crafty player I've seen outside of Hakeem. Would turn Gobert into an offensive monster as his perfect setup man. Favors would benefit as well.
Sergio Llull 6'3 Combo (the good kind)
http://basketball.eurobasket.com/team/S ... /86?Page=3

Reports suggest he does plan to come to the NBA next year. He is Houston Rockets property. At 28 he's ready to step right in for Utah even as a PG.
Tibor Pleiss (Jazz property) is also ready to make his way over next season talent-wise.

So, which ones would realistically come over given their contract status, desire to play the NBA etc. (Milos is not realistic), and could fill the Jazz need of a vet PG, stretch 4 or backup center?

First how is Milos not realistic for the Jazz? He has a relationship with the coach and the Jazz have space for him. With Nando de colo stepping up CSKA might even be willing to go for it.
I tried not to list people that could not be gotten (see Ante Tomic). Llull likely feels Harden would be in his way. I think he's a real trade option. Satoransky and the Wiz have a terrible relationship. These guys are available.

Thanks for the vids, pick. I must say that Teodosic looks fantastic. Like a young Ginobli.

I'd really want to see Marjanovic in the NBA, especially with the Jazz.
Erceg would be a scrub, and I'm not sure the other guys would translate their game well.

I'm not trying to jerk your chain, its just that I have never read where Milos has any intention of coming over to the NBA, in fact, my impression is just the opposite. A year ago when he could have tested the NBA waters, he didn't and signed a contract with CSKA. I am not even sure if there is a buyout clause in it.
I've seen Satoransky in summer league. Guy is huge and intense, but he is very reckless with the ball and the manner in which he plays. Not sure I would want him running the O for me.
Quite frankly, I don't know much, if anything, about the others, which is why I ask if they could fill the roles the Jazz need.

There have been multiple reports (as late as last summer) about Milos coming to the NBA. I d really like Llull, and I don't think he's a particularly good fit with harden.

Milos is benched in the 3rd place game today. He was also terrible in the semi final. I wouldn't be surprised to see him shipped out.

I've seen Marjanovic played a few times and i dont see him translating well to the NBA. I may be wrong but he clearly lack quickness and he'd be destroyed by the current NBA era of small ball. He's a very good rebounder and a strong defender once established in the post but he already struggles on PnR in Europe on both sides of the floor.
I'm less skeptical about Pleiss but he needs a defensive PF next to him unless he improves dramatically on defense but it could be a decent offensive option in the second unit.
Teodosic on the other hand is a complete lock, would really help the team.
I'd also give a shot at Ajnca because he might be one of the best offensive center in the NBA. Monty Williams never really gave him the chance to prove himself, but he was really good on the few occasions he was given. Still has to work on his foul trouble though but he seems on the good path.

No argument about Ajinca. He's filled out. I could see him as a rotational big for the jazz.

We need a version of Joe that's 20 pounds heavier. Got any of those around?

The Bucks drafted a prospect last year that was pretty filled out for a wing. Luwawu will likely add to his frame over the next couple of years. He'll probably be 6'7 225.
Let me also throw out Mindaugas Kuziminskas (6'9 Wing) and Martynas Grecevicius (6'4 G). Martynas has been an unorthodox PG launching 276 3s in 47 games. He also launched 119 3s in 18 euro cup games. 50% of them went in. He also led his squad with a shade under 5 assists per game.

As noted in the article Mindaugas is scouted by the Jazz. Both are free agents and available this summer.

Looking more for a Diaw type. I think If Joe was a little bit bigger or more athletic he'd make an excellent 4. He did well in his opportunities but he's not strong enough to play there for extended minutes. Just need a bigger wing who can hit shots, make plays off the bounce, and battle bigger players down low. Don't say Deshaun Thomas.
