wow, not a bad guy to learn from. One of my fav points back-in-the-day. BTW, where has he been? Haven't heard his name in ages.

Price was a great PG. I will continue to hope that Jack is a Raptor next season if he continues to make intelligent decisions like learning from Mark Price.

Does it not seem like CB and JJ have two totally different relationships with Georgia Tech? I mean, they are two different people and Jarrett was there longer and went to the final four with them the season after Bosh left. Not that it says anything, either way.

He's the shooting coach for the Hawks. This is good. If we keep him and his shot improves even more he becomes much more valuable
why was hakeem called "the dream"??"

Because it rhymes with 'Olajuwon'.

Jack is still going to school at GT in the summers isn't he? Seems like he has more invested in the school than CB who was just a one and done.

Thanks, wonder if he worked with Price last summer. Could explain why his shot looked so good this past season.

I wish our players did the same. Imagine DeRozan working with like say, Clyde Drexler? Bargnani with Kevin McHale?

With Demar I'm not really concerned. If we know one thing it's that the kid has the work ethic and desire to get as close to his potential ceiling as possible.

Agreed. Demar knows. He's not gonna settle.

Man I'd love for any of our bigs to work out with McHale.

We need to hold on to this guy. He's going to be a very solid veteran player in his late 20's.

You'd still have to say that he could learn a great deal from someone like Drexler though. No matter how hard you work, it will always be more constructive if you work smart as well. Not saying that DD hasn't put himself in that situation, I am just saying that Chokers idea is valid.

I could see Jack becoming a Derek Fisher like player in his older years. A steady if not spectacular PG who complements superstar perfectly and can step up at times.

BC needs to keep Jack. He's the kind of guy you want on your team. The kind of guy that works hard, wants to win, doesn't complain, isn't paid too much, is capable of starting and dedicates to improving in the offseason even though his team sucks and he just signed a long-term deal. Trading Jack shouldn't be an option IMHO.

Jarrett is definitely more of a rah-rah alumni. I know because I'm a Tech alumni myself and I see Jack at all the big football and basketball games. It's also true that Jarrett goes back for summer school to fulfill a promise to his mother to finish his degree but he's probably done with that now. I've heard that CB still talks to Paul Hewitt now and then but not much else.

Mark Price is the guy who turned Rondo into a capable shooter last off-season.

Nice to see Jack looking to get better even after a career year shooting-wise.

I should've clarified, I absolutely agree with the both of you. My point was that Demar seems like the type of kid that would go to a veteran / superstar and work with him on improving on his own accord. I could see Demar harassing Kobe in future offseasons to get some work in.

Jarrett is definitely a keeper.
I just have a feeling that Jarrett is a player that’s constantly pushing his teammates in practice to get better. Basically what Jarrett does rubs onto his teammates.
Basketball is like poetry in motion, cross the guy to the left, take him back to the right, he's fallin back, then just J right in his face. Then you look at him and say, "What?" - Jesus Shuttlesworth
