I wonder how the order was picked?

Like this..

Me: Hey Chuck, which team you feel like doing now?

Chuck: Eh, lets do the pelicans

Me: sounds good

It was all basically random. Although we have been saving Cleveland for a while now until they figured out the TT/JR dilemma.

I developed a fairly complex algorithm to determine the optimal order for presenting these. It should be pretty easy to de-construct tho if you were paying attention.

Oh, I mean what PMOTT said.

I just thought you hated small market teams.

The two teams I am most interested in right now outside the Mavs are the Jazz and the Bucks. So I don't know what that says about your theory? Some teams we intentionally pushed back because we were waiting on some issues to get settled if possible(Denver with Lawson, Cleveland with Thompson, etc). If we ended up doing all big markets first it was coincidence more than anything. I know we started with Toronto which is big, but I think OKC might have been 2nd? I can't actually recall the specific order, but definitely not an intentional big market bias.

Hmmm, new theory. You saved your predicted NBA finalists for last?

Comments to rationalize bad contracts -
1) It's less than the MLE
2) He can be traded later
3) It's only __% of the cap
4) The cap is going up
5) It's only __ years
6) He's a good mentor/locker room guy

PMOTT is on vacation. We put Cleveland off intentionally to see if Thompson/Smith got resolved and even with this delay.....

But we will definitely get the last 2 finished even if I have to ghost-write PMOTT's :D

How long is this 'vacation' and does he have the option for early release for good behavior?

So did you guys do those last two reviews? Wasn't checking the board much in September, so I might have missed them.

PMOTT seems to have dropped off the face of the earth. Jazzfan did a Utah one and Cleveland still hasn't sorted out Thompson. I can still do either or both on my own if there is interest?

Ah, missed that one by Jazzfan. Added it to the list.

I mean I definitely would read your review, but don't have to do one just for me ;)
Was more asking to make sure my list is complete.
