Qualm seemed to be working with the Colangelos. It was reported (believe by Tom) that he possibly would have stayed on if they hired his suggested candidate to share responsibilities with - supposedly Danny Ferry.

In other words, it was impossible for Orlando to obtain a top-eight pick from Philly in the 2018 NBA Draft.

Well, i might be optimistic to say that there's a good chance Sixers pick could convey next year if not for the deal. That should be our saving grace for that Saric deal.
