I have to guess his chances at shooting consistently are slim to none largely because he is left handed and shoots right. Big problem. Maybe there are things behind the scenes, changes being made, but why he was bad in college is evident.
I've been remarking on his ambidexterity and a lot of that was based on him shooting right, but getting more blocks left. This is a strange and interesting factoid assuming it's correct. I don't see why him shooting right is a problem if that's the way he's always done it.
It is correct. Just watch him around the rim it is all kinds of messed up confusion. Moreover I saw the splits for right and left finishing and he is profoundly better with his left backing up the eye test, seeing something is off fundamentally.
It is a problem because he needs to hit his shots, it is not working for him. Lots of work needed.
