He's got a nice touch. I can see him developing a Horford-style three point range later in his career.
I've always thought he had a nice touch that could be developed. I think his start with missing events and the whole "Timelord " thing sometimes hides his high basketball IQ. He has room and ability to get better in other areas.
That’s the hope, but he hasn’t shown anything as a shooter. Form looks ok from midrange, he lines up and rises slowly, but that’s fine, he just has to be able to make wide open looks. I’d start there. Three point shot would be a few years away. But he’s not going to be Drummond. I’m way more interested in his passing and facilitating, if he can knock down 15-footers, you can run things through him. Also makes him better in the pick and roll if he’s a minor pop threat.
