I really think this idea is being overblown.
Ainge had 2 all stars that both had multiple years left on their contract. Neither one was pushing for a trade and Ainge wasn't in a position where everybody knew he had to trade them.
Most of the time all-stars are traded under much different circumstances. If Ainge was that far off with his asking price he wouldn't have found 2 teams willing to deal with him.
If both of these players stay healthy, it's very possible DA will only get a handful of late 1sts out it. Even if he gets a high pick or 2, it doesn't guarantee he won't miss on his pick.
Regardless of people already declaring Ainge the uncontested winner, it's very possible he ends up losing both trades.
