You all want to shame people into agreeing with emotional rants. That is why this country is going to hell. Far too many emotional non-reality posts and no true accountability.
Again, If she’s a STAFF member. She needs to be disciplined as well.
There were obviously more violations that led to the suspension than the relationship with the staffer and there was an investigation so it could be possible that she didn’t break any team rules. But just stop and think for a second how the headlines will play out if the team disciplined the staffer:
“Celtics fire staffer who was a victim of sexual harassment and unwanted advances.”
“I was disciplined by the Celtics to silence me.”
“Celtics try to coerce sexual harassment victim to protect powerful man.”
What you’re advocating for is a horribly bad idea until all the facts come out about what the investigation actually unearthed. If the staffer violated team policy they can discipline her after the Udoka situation is settled. This rush to see a woman punished is just deeply weird.
This rush to avoid equal punishment because she’s a woman is EXTREMELY weird. Gender doesn’t matter in this country today. Her gender is irrelevant to violating rules as an employee even if it wasn’t badly compared to his own.
You literally walked in to a trap to prove my point of what’s going on here. Thank you for doing it.

You do realize that IF she was disciplined they wouldn't announce it to the public since she's not a public figure like Udoka, right?
So I don't really understand getting worked up about it when we don't even know if she (or they) were on staff or if they have been disciplined.
Also unless you've seen the company handbook, it may not be a violation to sleep with a superior but may be a violation to sleep w a subordinate.
Further, as others have pointed out the discipline may stem primarily or even exclusively from harassment that took place after a consensual relationship had ended.
You really do seem strangely fixated on the idea that both parties were equally at fault and the woman needs to be punished, but the few facts we have at hand don't really support that at all.
The woman desperately needs to both be known publicly and punished, for reasons.

I heard the woman/women/potentially man we still don't know that for sure that Ime was having relations with likes pineapple on pizza.
Now who is the one that deserves punishment?

This is why this country is going to hell. You can’t act like he is the only one in selfishness when an EMPLOYEE cutting a check from the same owner is also not held accountable because she’s a woman. This is why women around male locker rooms was always considered a bad idea.
How can you listen to the video from Matt Barnes - someone who knows FROM PERSONAL CONTACTS way more that YOU about what happened - and still have this take? Huh?
Posts like THIS are why this country is going to hell, IMO.

It is not "deeply weird". It is MISOGYNY. Full stop.

Unless Woj or Shams or any of the major agencies leak it, I doubt everything will come out, cause I believe it will greater damage Udoka's image.

If it's so bad, why wasn't he fired?
It's either very serious and he should be fired, or it's a minor issue you fine/suspend him. They suspended him................

Discipling a subordinate who reports harassment isn’t the way to go. From a liability standpoint it’s a nightmare.
Here are the facts:
-Udoka slept with a subordinate.
-the subordinate reported Udoka for harassing her.
-punishing a subordinate for reporting sexual harassment opens you up to lawsuits, where even if you win you have to pay a lot of money for lawyers and it hurts the companies reputation.
It seems to me that you’re the one going with emotional reasons for why the subordinate should be punished, when the facts say she shouldn’t.
