It’s a one dribble pull up, technically it’s a movement shot but usually that term is used for when a player is actively dribbling and pulls up or can catch and shoot from anywhere. Sometimes off of a screen, sometimes as they are dribbling up to the perimeter or around it. Most midrange shots are movement shots too but they aren’t called that either.
With that said a reliable one dribble pull up is rare in the NBA. If he has mastered that in college (and can show C&S ability) he’s probably going lottery as long as his defense isn’t atrocious.
