This week Grimes is back in the spotlight. Not that I don't love the kid, but we do this over and over again.

I ain't even gonna lie I have thought all those guys are bums for a while now.
Tired of fellow Knicks fans overhyping every bum that we draft just because we drafted them.
None of them really look promising to me especially RJ who I always hoped would prove me wrong but nope. He is what I thought he would be.
Only bright point is Brunson. Neutral on Randle for now, he is ok. Compared to RJ Brickrett he is a superstar.
Yep, I'm with you. I always look like a Knicks hater because I try to keep it real about each individual player. I don't believe any of them are future stars, but Grimes still has a chance. I don't think he will be, but I won't completely rule it out. RJ/Obi/IQ are definitely not going to be stars.
The Cam situation is interesting. He was playing well, then something got in his head and he started to really press things and was putting up some crazy shots. I think Thibs decided he couldn't deal with that while trying to win games, so he benched him. Now I don't even believe Cam will be here next year.
We have to have some hope our young guys can improve though, otherwise our situation is pretty damn depressing.
Brunson and Julius are good, but not great players, so the only way we can become a contender is if our youngsters get better to either help the team themselves or get traded.
It’s not like RJ, Obi, IQ, and Cam havent shown plenty of flashes, and looked to be on the verge a few times. Other teams have less talented players take leaps out of nowhere, but ours never seem to. Maybe its our developmental staff. Who knows.
I dont think many posters think any of our young guys will be stars now. Grimes projects to be a solid starter, but probably not an All Star. They can all still be good secondary/role players though.
What Im saying is, no need to get on others for trying to be positive about this crappy organization. Some may take it too far, but I think most have been pretty fair.
Its no secret I dont like Julius, but he’s been better this season, and looks to be staying, so I’ve been giving him props. Many trolls here wouldn’t do the same.
