Yes he is, when you consider his contract, the fact that he has plateaued, and that he is at best a #4 option on a championship caliber team.

Barret's one of the least efficient scorers in the league, the same as it ever was, the same as it ever was, and brunson is above average.

Barrett is just erratic, that's his problem

1st game of the season: 11 points on 17/00/83 shooting splits

Next 11 games: 21 ppg on 47/34/77 shooting splits

Next 5 games: 13 ppg on 26/08/72 shooting splits

Last 11 games: 21 ppg on 44/38/81 shooting splits

Not a bust, but the 6 really terrible games he had this season make him look bad
