He is super inconsistent. He plays pretty well for a few games and then is a disaster for twice as many games.
Did you see those stats I posted? He's been way more consistent than just about any of our other young (24 and under) players. He's got an insanely high TS% this month and a really good one last month too. He doesn't have the Bey, Killian or Ivey type 4-13 games we see from time to time because if he isn't hitting he looks to pass more... and he mostly takes what is within the offense.... takes what the defense gives him.
Since Nov 2nd he's only missed 5 shots in one game (1-6 night).
If you look just at his last 13 games
22 min 4-7 & 11 points
24 min 8-11 & 17 points
25 min 6-8 & 21 points
29 min 3-7 & 7 points (this is not an off night for your 9th/10th man.... sometimes the shots just don't get to them.
17 min 1-3 & 3 points
17 min 1-4 & 5 points
11 min 1-1 & 2 points
12 min 2-4 & 6 points
17 min 3-5 & 7 points
15 min 1-6 & 3 points (1-5 from deep, this is an off night for sure)
16 min 4-5 & 13 points
19 min 4-6 & 17 points

He's been constantly fine. He's pretty much the 5th option out there now that Bagley also plays with the 2nd unit you've got Bey, Bagley, Burks getting the bulk of the 2nd unit shots and you have Knox essentially as a 2nd unit 5th option that has been making them when they get to him.

38-67 for 112 points is great for the 9th or 10 guy in the rotation. He's also 22 of 46 from deep over that stretch, just one make away from being a .500 3 point shooter on that 13 game stretch. Plus he brings decent defense... not great, but he's been close to league average defensively which is better than we get from many of our players.
