Kylie wants out, which means KD is probably next.
Screw OG, Let’s go all in on KD. People on here were hating on the idea before the season but he’s having his m,ost efficient season ever at 34. It’s championship or bust, let’s go.
I came here for this. KD is the type of guy we can unprotect picks and give Sharpe up for.
Yep, IF Durant becomes available, Portland should push all their chips in. Grant, Simons, Sharpe, and any FRP pick not tied down for KD and Morris.
Dame/GP3
Hart/Johnson
Little/Winslow
KD/Morris
Nurk/Eubanks
Again though, I think KD asking for a trade is still a bit IF. Definitely not off the table, but Kyrie and KD aren't tied at the hip like they once were believed to be, so I think saying KD "is probably next" is a bit too far imo.
That would be a pretty great rebuilding package for the Nets though. They can let Grant walk for salary savings or flip him, then they have a backcourt ready to grow together for the next 6-8 years in Simons and Sharpe... and if Simmons ever pulls his head out of his arse (unlikely), that would be a really fun trio of complementing players to build around and flush away the drama filled KD/Kyrie era.
