and if only Mann had played 50 minutes tonight he'd have had 14 points, 6 rebs, 6 assists and 8 fouls

He hired Lue, he got fleeced for PG and then gave him that absurd contract, he traded for Morris, he traded Kennard for EJ (made no sense at the time, looks even worse now). Just like Lue, he's one of Doc's guys. We will never win anything until we fully move on from the Doc era.
Is this "Doc" in the room with you, right now?

Morris is the worst player on this team by far. He brings nothing. His defense/rebounding/standing around is a killer.
PG cant be the primary ball handler ever. He is a turnover/ball hog. Needs to play off the ball and keep him moving constantly. Needs to step up his defense. He needs to be that 3 and D guy.
Russ
Batum
Kawhi
PG
Plumlee

Mann
Gordon

Plumlee was terrible at the start. He was so bad, Lue started Batum in the 2nd half. Plumlee got some mijo back beating up on bench players.
He isn't taking Zu's spot.

I'm usually a Ty Lue supporter but man he's seems to be sinking fast. Of course the Morris situation goes without saying but he should've had Russ out there with PG so he could handle the ball in OT. EJ and Morris instead of Mann and maybe Batum. Well at least we all can see clearly how important Zu is to this team. If we don't improve when he returns then its time to plan for the offseason

Clippers were winning with Mann in the starting lineup. They don't have a scoring problem, they don't need another facilitator either. They should've picked up another big, not Westbrook.

Zu is our rock. Plumlee not as good as we hoped.
PeteyPablo wrote:I do not want to just attack the Clippers on this thread. There are things to give praise about and also areas of opportunity.
Praise :
Clippers came back twice from major deficit and took a lead late in the 4th on the road against a Nuggets team that they have not been able to win a series against.
-We saw Bones Hyland play , he had 10 points in 15 minutes and had a +8
- Terance Mann had 7 points , 3 rebounds, 3 assists in 25 minutes + 5
- Kawhi is very good
- Batum looked pretty good and fluid
NOT praise :
-I have noticed these top tier teams do no take possessions off. They are locked in and execute.
- Marcus Morris should play 10-15 minutes unless he has hot shooting or we are playing bottom tier teams. He was lost on defense twice in Over Time when Denver hit back to back threes. Maybe he does try but he does not seem to have the speed or agility.
- Game management / rotations are not good in real time from Ty Lue.
- Paul George is not Luka or Jokic , he needs to handle ball less. His turnovers hurt the Clippers and help the opposing teams score easy points. Clippers should look to trade him this summer. He does not have the laser focus or mamba mentality needed to to be elite year round.

I’m not in total disagreement with your post and at the very least Mann should play more, but if he was so positively impactful shouldn’t it be represented in those plus minus numbers?
I’m still trying to wrap my head around it.
