It fills a gap this team desperately needs to fill. Half of Dak's INTs can be attributed to WRs not named Lamb. Not even trying to say anything about Dak with that, but it's clear that his WRs weren't doing him any favors this past season. Hopkins would give vet stability there.
The point I'm trying to make is that history shows that the cliff (drop off) for a receiver is around/after the age of 30. It's a steep decline for most guys in their early 30's.
So while D-Hop hasn't fallen off yet, it's likely to happen sooner rather than later. The PED thing is another massive red flag.
