English is not my language so I can defend Jaylen (cause I don't need to go deep, he is a great player, he showed several times at the biggest stages) but it will be hard for me talking deeply about Celtics basketball. I already do that on "my" Facebook Community (4.000 members not many but we are in Italy).
Even said that, Jaylen is my favorite player but I'm not bias. I wrote a lot of times that JT is the most impactful player on the team so what?
I just don't like multiple standard and I don't understand the hate some posters have vs Jaylen. It's obvious they can't stand the guy, they show that multiple times, and try so downplay him in any manner possible.
For years they said he can't be this, he can't be that and so on... year, after year, after year and every year they try another way to talk **** about him.
I already wrote this once: I had an animated conversation with Karalis years ago when he said, after year 3, that Jaylen couldn't be much more than a great 3 and D guy. But after that year he apologize his listeners and said: I was wrong cause Jaylen denied me too many times. So I just stop to put a ceiling on this guy.
In reverse seems that some posters here dream that JB fails.
I'm good, I don't live hating the best player on my team, I'll be happy if JT win a ring being MVP finals and sometimes RS MVP.
I just want my team win with players I love and Jaylen is one of theme and he is a damn strong player despite the hits he takes on RealGm forum.

Having different opinions of players and their ceilings doesn’t mean you hate someone. That’s low hanging fruit and simpleton stuff.
You’ve made it into hating. That’s your definition. Which is fine but not factual and not most people’s interpretation. I’ve always used to say Jaylen is exactly what you want from a franchise player. He’s active in the community, he’s transparent and he’s a pretty damn good player.
Everyone here has been wrong about a player and will be again - it’s what fans do. I’ve admitted Jaylen has improved himself so much and he deserves credit for being much better than I thought. Doesn’t mean my opinion now on the player becomes invalid.
No one “hates” Jaylen brown. It’s just ridiculous. We can criticize his game and we can be wrong and in situations we can be right and when you say people “hate” him you just lose credibility.
Everyone wants him to succeed and to continue to because it means the Celtics reap the benefits.
