Jaylen Brown shot 20% from 3 and 60% from the line, too. Look at him now.

you’d be wrong 9 out of 10 times by that philosophy.

And i think nowadays the standard in shooting is way higher that most guys who eventually turn into decent shooters from a very bad base rate aren’t that good in terms of consistent and %

Maybe he turns out to be an elite shooter, but im letting the other GMs take that bed. Not me

Jaime Jaquez, much like Jordan Miller, has elite footwork in the paint. How they differ is Jaime was more ISO heavy and Jordan is more athletic/longer.

I like Jaquez a decent amount, but I'm wondering if his lack of atheticism is going to take him longer to become a role player in the league. He feels like a guy the Heat will stick on their G League team and become a regular contributor in two years.

I mean, he's doing stuff here that not many 6'7 guys in this draft are doing. When it comes to role players in the NBA, I do like them to be the "star" at the college level. Like, even Georges Niang was a 20ppg scorer at Iowa State.
