I just don't buy Beal waiving his no trade clause to be in PHX.

- He'd be a 3rd scoring option behind KD and Booker who already taking a combined 36FGAs.
- If they trade Ayton and Shamat for him the team gonna be worse.
- CP3 either going to be waived this season or going to get worse and retire in the time Beal's under contract.
- PHX have no picks, so no way for this team to continue to get better once Ayton gone.
- This team with 3/4 best players fully healthy lost in 6 to DEN, when Miami lost in 5 with our best player injured and missing our 2nd best scorer.
- PHX have no defense at all and Beal not gifted defensively.

Clippers with Gordon, Morris Sr, and Covington should of had this wrapped up by now if all the Wiz want are expiring's. And they even have picks. Not sure what’s blocking Balmer right now from getting in on this and they can resign Westbrook. Would not surprise me one bit if they emerge as surprise team. Sure Beal could say no but also would have reasons to say yes.

CP really may be a buyout candidate, if Lowry is gone in the Beal trade and Gabes future is questionable I wouldn’t mind trying to snatch him up at all.

He probably goes to the Lakers tho

Franchises jousting with each other over fair compensation. Id love Beal here at Lowrys price tag. To think hes making $45 million per and scaling up is just crazy. Still want him here. Swing baby.

I like the way you think here. If we ship out Lowry and really keep Herro. Bring Herro off the bench and try to acquire CP3 once he's waived or gets his buyout if traded somewhere he doesn't like. Just hope he sees us closer to winning than the Lakers.

Could be simple as WAS FO is just waiting on Beat's decision and Beal contemplating now if joining Book and KD in PHX is much better than joining Bam and Jimmy here. The NTC just has too much power and Beal's taking advantage of it.

Also, Beal won't have any issues giving up shots for KD and Book. This guy has given up shots for Porzingis and Kuzma this season lmao.

Beal to the Suns in a straight salary dump makes zero sense to me.

I don’t buy it either.

The only thing he has to do is realize Miami went to the NBA finals. Then he has to say to himself “they did that without Herro. If I were on that team instead of Herro would Miami have won?”. If he can’t ask himself that question and answer yes, then he should go to Phx instead because he is too soft to play here.

Feel like the same goes with the Clippers who i feel like make way more sense then the Suns. Could even get a Bones Hyland out of them.

Absolutely, and him going west makes zero sense. But you never know with the power of friendship and the era of super teams. KD and Book is on his ears 1000%

I have to imagine that PHX aren't including Ayton in this trade and its centered around CP3.

Feel like the only reason they would be forced to include Ayton is because they have no picks and we are offering picks in a Lowry centric deal.

I really don't see a scenario where we are unable to give the best package here. If worst case scenario we are forced to include Herro and its a Ayton and no picks vs Herro and no picks then I think that's pretty close to a wash and if both are on the table Miami can always trump with Jovic and/or pick/s.

If PHX tell Pat their going to take the PHX offer unless we add a pick then I think he will.

But I don't think it will get that far because I don't think Beal will waive his NTC for a Beal/Booker/KD trio with nothing else.

Why did Ted Leonis sign Bradley Beal to this contract with a NTC only to salary dump him the following year? Why not just let him walk last year instead of dealing with this non sense. So much of this makes little to no sense. Especially with some of these rumored packages.

Dude might prove to never have been an NBA lvl player, but odds are he will at least play up to his contract value, and his skill set is too rare at that size.

I agree between Riley going on record about hanging his jersey in the rafters one day and the year invested into him we have to see how it plays out

I’m keeping him out. Would rather deal a future pick. He looks like he’s still growing, and his skillset is incredibly unique. If he can become a knock down shooter, he’s gonna fit very nicely with Bam longer term.

They are the Washington Wizards thats why. Incompetent FO ever since. Have gone like 5 times in the playoffs in the last 20 years lol

The NTC has too much power and the next CBA should take a look at it.

Bad teams make bad decisions. They absolutely should have moved him last year but a lot of these owners/front offices don't have the foresight to make a tough decision like that.
