I think the majority of us are fine keeping Pascal. But…we have lots of holes to fill and this provides us with an easy way to plug them. Roster just doesn’t seem balanced, so combine that with Pascals name in the media, and we start to dream up scenarios.
To the other comment about this squad potentially getting better; I doubt it. Maybe marginally. Maybe defensively. Guys aren’t going to learn to shoot in one summer.
What if we were to add a key piece every year for the next 3-5 years...and that piece last year was Poeltl. Where will we be in 5 years assuming some internal development and that we can keep the important players.
I think that's how our FO is looking at it.
