Is there a planet, where if Black dominates summer league that Fultz gets moved to SG and Black starts at PG? Yeah Harris is in limbo when this happens but maybe that isn't such a bad thing.
IMO, if the Magic play two point guards together, at least one of them needs to be an off-ball threat. That doesn’t need to be shooting; a good cutter would also get the job done. After all, if a defender is sagging off of Fultz and Fultz cuts to the basket, then Fultz will be open and in a good position to score. (The same logic applies to setting screens and standing in the dunker’s spot, but these two tactics haven’t been used by our team. Unless I missed something?)
I really like the idea of starting two point guards, because the alternative is picking and choosing between promising players. I wouldn’t do that unless it was clear there was no other choice.
