If his agent is working the phones that hard, there are a lot of offers, and teams trying to get in this. Nothing is set, I do think whatever Miami could do, or can do, is already sitting on their table. Now its just a waiting game to see who blinks first.

Miami is clearly in the lead, otherwise Portland could have shut this whole thing down by asserting that they would trade him anywhere but Miami.

I mean they kind of did, multiple times. Their obviously going to leave some wiggle room for a best case Miami swing at this, not gonna outright close the window of opportunity.
