What are the rules here? If Bridges is traded this season, do his bird rights transfer? I thought they didn't. If not, is it legal for Charlotte to sign him using the bird provision as part of a sign-and-trade next summer?

Also, was Ben Simmons with Klutch, when he refused to play for "mental reasons". Yea, that would be tough to max him.
