What does that make Rey Mysterio then? The guy had an awesome debut, no need to trash him because you hate AEW
To add, he's 18 and already has undeniable talent in the ring. He will add some muscle as he goes on and gets better.
AEWs roster is too large, they can't find time for everyone on screen, the kid is likely to get lost in the shuffle.
Look what happened to Brian Pillman Jr!
Dude is now trying out for WWE despite having a "moment" in AEW and I presume plenty of supporters backstage.

I can see that. The dude is legit talent but yea the roster is big and he'll get lost since hes very green.
Not totally related but I remember talking with my wrestling buddies at work a couple years back when they started bringing in the big influx of big name WWE guys. Started with Keith Lee then in 1 swoop Punk, Cole, Danielson, we were saying that now some of they're homegrown guys like Brian Cage and Lance Archer will probably get lost in the shuffle. Ding ding ding. Hell, the latter 3's arrivals pushed Keith Lee into irrelevancy pretty fast.
Disclaimer* I know that Cage and Archer aren't "homegrown" to the extent of a Jungle boy or Orange Cassidy, but I'm sure you guys get my drift. It's in the same sense that Steve Austin wasn't as "homegrown " as the Rock.
