Does still feel like they could use some more size and shooting. For a 6’ 6” pg Banton really didnt seem like he used it well in summer league. Need to see more of his defense.

It doesn’t mean he will be an issue, I highly doubt that he will be. Just figured I’d pass it along, take it FWIW.
Wasnt this reported last week? Seems odd too considering he’s a expiring contract and has been traded numerous times already.
ddb wrote:I like the Stevens signing. Gritty guy with good size that'll put in the effort and make hustle plays. Hauser/Svi/Brissett/Stevens/Walsh as backup wings behind JT/JB... Brad continues to bring in size & length across the board. I love it.
White/Brogdon/Pritchard/Banton
JT/JB/Stevens/Brissett/Hauser/SVI/Walsh
KP/Horford/Timelord/Kornet
My guess is Steven/Brissett/Walsh play primarily as a smaller "bigs" whereas Hauser/Svi will compete for bigger "guard" minutes.

LA f*cked us out of a grand slam home run trade.
Is he insulted at being on the market? Did they promise he’d be here longterm? Sacrificing for the team coming off the bench is respectable, but he would’ve been starting for the Clippers and had more leverage for his next contract.

Man Hal, how do you keep it up in the offseason!
That's what she said

Hard to argue with that.

I'm not trying to stir the pot, and don't think Walsh is either. Just an observation of suspicion by omission.
Also, not trying to stir the pot, but Jordan Walsh is my favorite Celtics draft pick since... Desmond Bane.
Edit: Several mentions of Pritchard. (Not stirring pot)

snowman wrote:Another great signing. We certainly have the backup forwards to rest Tatum and Brown as necessary now. We also didn't need to sign another insurance big since we can bring Queta up as needed, until the playoffs anyway. With Svi, Banton, Stevens and Kornet all signed to partially guaranteed deals, we still have some options, if needed. I do think that Banton is the only one that should be concerned at this point, although he was the first signing this summer by Stevens. If Banton does start to impress, Pritchard might get his wish in being traded. This roster doesn't look good for a 6'1 player. I have no doubt the other three will be fully guaranteed by Jan 10th.
White, Brown, Tatum, Rob, Porzingis
Brogdon, Svi. Hauser, Brissett, Horford
Pritchard, Banton, Walsh, Stevens, Kornet
2-way: JD, Scrub, Queta
