Sure did, and in the same article Griff says the team won't practice like they are now during the season. Crowder was only hear during the season so he wouldn't have known what camp was like. I think the part where Pat, Bobby, & Giannis talk about the differences is more interesting and they make a point to talk about the differences but also say they don't want to call it better or worse, just different.

because pat/bobby/giannis are nice guys trying to not throw their coach for years under the bus. Jae has no such allegiances

Jae also wasn't here during any of the previous training camps so how could he compare them? Comparing how a team practices at the end of a season vs how they practice in camp are 2 totally different things

he was comparing the vibes in the lockerrooms not who the teams run pre season

Some players get along better with specific coaches. Brook loves Bud and spoke about how he met with him and spoke with him several times this summer. I'm glad the players seemingly like AG so far, heck I'd hope they would considering it's his first camp. Will Crowder and Bobby still like AG if AG benches them in the playoffs? I'm sure AGs style is quite different than it was under Bud, that doesn't necessarily make it better or worse though. We know what Bud did harvested success for this team, and I'm hopeful AG will too. There isn't just one way to win in the NBA so hopefully AG can do that because this year is title or bust for this squad and anything short will be considered a failure.
Coach Drew: "Milwaukee has always been a team that I have been intrigued by. When we played them, they were a tough team for us to play. Although we did beat them all four times"

Brook talked on media day about how much he loves Bud and how he credits Bud for turning his career around, said he met and spoke with him several times this summer so that Bud knew how much Brook really appreciated him.

I didn't want to start an argument on how good Nwora is, lol.

It's more that really, he's just an average (at best) NBA player, and we were pinning a lot of hope on him. This year, we've got hope, plus proper NBA depth in front of said hope.

I think I know what you are talking about, it was stuff came out when Brook and Houston were apparently courting. I'd say that describing Brook as 'unhappy' is a bit strong, potentially more that he felt underutilized and that he could have been a difference-maker in the Miami series. And in fairness, I think he was correct. I suspect the level of relationship guys like Brook and Giannis had with Bud were that they were happy to voice their displeasure, but I'm not sure it should be characterized as pouting.

The Nwora argument never really ends and never really started. It is there always, in the space between our thoughts, neither awake nor asleep, neither alive nor dead, only shooting, shooting, shooting.

Dealing with people who exhibit the "smartest person in the room" syndrome can be a challenge. One approach is to listen their opinion while also encouraging open-mindedness. It's important to create an environment where all voices are valued.

Just not sure it's a great idea to get the coach's son, though I do like AJ.

- Trade for AJ Griffin
- Sign Kostas and Keljin Blevins to the Herd
- Draft Bronny and sign Lebron in 2024

why would the raptors do that. wouldn't they just take AJ Griffin instead of Beauchamp/Livingston?

If they wanted Griffin wouldn't the Hawks already have Siakam? Not that I think they want Beauchamp and Livingston.
