I think you are way overrating the fluidity in terms of injury concerns. I think its very unlikely he's going to be playing 70 plus games for a decade. This is a human bodies just aren't meant to be this big. And the fact that he moves so fluidly may actually work against him here as it opens up the possibility of knee/ankle/foot issues and those are always the concerns with big men.
I hope he's an exception. But he's probably not.
