If LeBron was healthy and Ham wasn't a moron that's a close series, I'm not sure what you were watching. Every game was competitive. Granted that was a somewhat different roster.
Yup
I don't think we would have won, but this thing could have easily been a 6 game series
Dlo and Dennis were pretty damn bad
Rui and Reaves were great
AD had good numbers, but wasn't there at times when we needed with
Brons numbers, besides the 3 point shot, were fine but didn't look as good as he was in the reg season
The issue is idk if we have the same Reaves and Rui or not
At the end of the day, it comes down to your best action or two in a close game. Denver has a Jokic and Murray pick and roll with guys like Gordon, MPJ, and Pope to cut or catch and shoot
What do we have? Depending on a poor old Lebron to attack a crowded paint or have AD throw up crap?
Reaves is our best option to close games it seems like. Idk if I fully trust Dlo, I much prefer him in a catch and shoot role or when he takes mostly open 10-15 foot mid range shots. But he sometimes takes some really poor shots for his skill level.
While Reaves was great last year (and he better get back to that or we have no real shot), that isn't the same tier as a Jokic and Murray pick and roll
If the Bulls want to blow it up and we want a big shakeup, Lavine is interesting, but only interested if we can also get Caruso
Would have to be something like Dlo, Vincent, Rui, JHS, 1st, swap
I would include Vando instead of Rui, but unsure if his salary is worth the 5m or the 11M next year
Edit:
I forgot to add, Brogdon is a guy that can make a lot of sense for us as well. And even Robert Williams if we want a better option than Hayes and choose to start Wood.
But thats about 33M
