honestly I find it hard to dogpile on the coach in a game where you're on the road against a title contender with two bonafide hall of famers and you have a main guy going 5-20 and your role players don't show up and you go 8-400 from 3 and you still have a 103-101 lead in solid position to win the game and a superstar makes superstar plays to beat you. I mean I'm sure there's something else he could have done, I'd have had IQ in down the stretch instead of Grimes but this team has deeper roster construction problems

Sure, we were very lucky to have gotten close. However, if Thibs put Stevie Wonder into the game and expected him to defend and kept handing him the ball, he should be held accountable for that.
Keeping Randle in the game AND allowing him to hog the ball after being ineffective all night while doing nearly nothing on defense basically made the game 5 on 4. Or, in other words, Randle's presence was about as valuable as having a blind man on the court.
