A 3 point shooting big would be nice. I'm all in for Bogdanovic from the pistons for the right price. Even though, the better shooting big, who is also younger and cheaper is Isiah Stewart. How about him?

Isaiah Stewart is a good shooter from 3? That’s news to me.

He's an emerging 3 point shooter - and he would be great on the Knicks but I don't think Detroit would trade him.

Yeah but let’s see, on the surface he and Cade are two guys who shouldn’t be moved, but Detroit is real bad.
History shows that a lot of bad teams with young players move those young players eventually. So a few of the good young Detroit players could end up on other teams as they franchise figures itself out.

BTW has there ever been any credibility to Ingram wanting to leave the Pelicans? From my memory I recall him being very content there and intending to stay. Not signing an extension prematurely is no sign of him wanting to leave---he wants to collect as big a paycheck as possible.
I actually think he is the only untouchable in NO. They would much rather contemplate a Zion trade rather than an Ingram trade. I see his name being thrown around here and there but I gues it is only wishful thinking?

The funny thing about Perry's remarks..."getting a 3 that can create etc." ...if you look at the list of 3s that can create and pass...really no one is there that would be even remotely available....

LaVine can play 3 , mostly 2 and a bit of 1. Hes a pretty decent passer and an average rebounder.
Randle, Grimes and Fournier for LaVine and Pat Williams . Pat Williams can hit the 3 and plays excellent defense so would be a big upgrade defensively to Randle there. IQ and DD provide strong complementary defense at the guard position to Brunson and LaVine.

But why would you want a player here that has stated that he doesn't want to be here?

2 problems with this, one he can't make freethrows so the smaller defender can foul him and secondly he has no post game or feel for playing that way.

You can literally see the wheels turning in his head when he catches the ball and there's that delay between the catch and move with no kind of shoulder fakes, shimmys or jabs. When you spend your entire summer playing Fortnite and you practice on the perimeter and shooting threes it's no wonder you have zero feel for the post game.

Even Kevin seraphin has a better post game than him. Very sad folks.

Mitch is a Tyson Chandler big. You don’t need him to post, you need him to defend. It looks like they are trying to expand his game to have some sort of post move….. Good. If it works he’ll be a better basketball player.

Hart or iHart and draft pick considerations
4
Patrick Williams
Lonzo Ball
franchise changing + defender with size that's a perfect fit next to Brunson (if it doesn't work out in a year he comes off the books)
Backup 3/4 + defender with size -on rookie contract that has shown the ability to knockdown 3's
