We will have no, none, zero, zip, nada, problems playing above .500 ball.

There are slumps, there are injuries. It's not crazy to see us not playing as well as we are now at some point. I don;t expect us to be playing horribly but we could fall off. The good news is that we are building such a cushion that we are getting the point that even in a really bad scenario, like, we fall off so much we basically become a .500 team for the rest of the season, we could still comfortably make the post-season as we would something close to 50ish wins at the end of the year.

I stand by my prior comment. We will play better than .500 over the course of the remaining games.

I hope we will for the entire season but I anticipate we will have a rough stretch or two. Losing streak or just a bad set of 5+ games or so where the sky will look like its falling. I don't think we will fall below .500 record wise but I can see us not playing .500 ball for a stretch. A 3-7 stretch or something which will hurt us but with our cushion or better yet, a bigger one, it wont hurt us as badly. Last season that kind of stretch could have sunk us.

Dane and Chris dove into in-season tournament stuff at the end of today's podcast. If Houston moves on from their group, that could potentially result in the two games "added" next week being San Antonio and Memphis. I'd be okay with that.

There will be a bad stretch or two, but there will be more good stretches. Your position seems extremely gloom and doom to me considering how well we have played and the talent on our team.

I don't feel gloomy about it at all. I just think its realistic that we could have a bad stretch. I do think the fans will freak out if it happens but I think its fine in a 82 game season.

Sure a bad stretch and 2 or 3 good ones. You're saying 33-33 is a reasonable expectation for the rest of the season. I thinking 40-26 would be OK and I'd like better.

76ers just beat the Lakers 138-94. That's a 44 point annihilation.

DEN without Jokic, Gordon, and Murray beat Clippers in LA. The ageless Mr. October, Reggie Jackson, hit a home run after Thanksgiving. Scoring 35 and 13 ast. Watching Jordan vs Westbrook FT contest was fun. Jordan missed 2 on one end. Only follow by Westbrook airball and missed the second one.

"Draymond going to choke players and get suspended? We don't care. We will back him up no matter what!"

This organization might be on the verge of a downward spiral!

Tonight has been extremely illustrative as to just how paramount the point differential aspect is to the IST. Next year it will be a major point of emphasis to leave zero points on the table. Nothing worse than winning a game and still losing because you dribbled out the clock in an easy win 3 weeks ago. From now on teams are going to be jacking up shots and not allowing any easy buckets. Its a big value loss if are doing that.

Kings just came back from a very large deficit to beat the Warriors in the last seconds. They got 2 steals in the last 30 seconds of the game made a shot with 7 seconds remaining and won by 1 point.

We need a Malik Monk on the Wolves.

I'm still salty about us slopping in the IST.

Charles Barkley again said the Knicks should trade for KAT and Kenny asked if he thinks the Wolves would make that trade seeing as we are number 1 in the west. Charles said he's not drinking the kool aid, basically saying he doesn't believe in what we are doing and it wont last.

Charles is all BS these days. He still thinks Naz is playing great. At least Shq isn't on the show today so they aren't talking over each other. If KAT can't play with Gobert, how is he going to play with Robinson? Why would Twolves take Robinson for Towns? Why would Twolves take anyone other than Brunson? What is Twolves going to do with the picks? Makes no sense.

Just thinking about how much better Minnesota would be with Malik Beasley over Shake Milton is painful.

Beasley was pretty inconsistent at Utah. Not sure he would have a real upgrade. Trading for a Clarkson style as 6 th men may help.

I'll take Troy Brown Jr over both of them. 3 AND D baby.
