Kuzma is just the kind of low BBIQ "get mine" guy we seem to love. He's never going to be on a winning team as anything more than like a 4th option

So trading him for Rozier wouldn't hurt seeing though he's the same guy.

Sure, if you think leaving our guard rotation as Ish Smith, Bryce McGowens, and James Bouknight(?) is a good idea

Obviously we'd need to move some pieces around elsewhere but Rozier for Kuzma would be a super dooper no brainer from a value point of view. Washington would never do it so it is a moot point anyway. Terry isn't moving the needle regardless and this season is looking like a write off anyway.

Also Nick Smith Jr is already better than those guys you mention.

neither is Kuzma. Kuzma also has two more years on his deal than Terry and competes with Miller and Miles for minutes.

I don't see the draw

Kuzma's deal is decending significantly each year and he'll be a very enticing trade asset in a year or two.

He won a title as a 3rd leading scorer with Lakers, but yeah his contract is pretty easy to be a 3rd or 4th option on a good team.

Along the same lines with Cade, everyone is ready to label him a bust because he can't carry a bad Pistons team as #1 option. Imagine Cade on the Warriors next to Curry and Draymond as the 3rd best player, everyone would love him.

And Terry can be a trade asset next year without the risk of an additional two (years) if nobody bites

Terry's deal is going up every year. It's probably never going to be anything better than slightly negative.

Kuzma's deal is going to be very positive value in a year or two, if not already now.

Terry Roziers contract is amazing.

Kuzma is 6'9 230, he's bigger than Miles and PJ.

For as much as people make fun of him, he's averaging 23/6/5 on good efficiency this season and only 2.3 TO's.

He'd actually be a good trade target if Miles leaves. I actually think Miller/Miles and Kuzma could play together too. Would be a really big team if Miller plays SG.

I like Kuzma and I think his contract is manageable. Also young. But I just don't think we're at the point to trade future first. At all.

Kuzma's deal is going to be very positive value in a year or two, if not already now.

Preface: I'm not at all defending Terry in a vacuum. I'm all for trading him.

This reeks of either (or both) severe Terry hate or severe Kuzma love.

We have the 28th highest payroll. Terry "going up every year" means an additional $1.7 million between this year and next, when he'll essentially be an expiring contract. That's hardly what I'd call crippling.

Kuzma will be at $23.5 next year and will still have two more guaranteed years after that. Kuzma is currently on a 4 year $90mil contract that runs guaranteed through 26/27. There isn't a single soul on the planet who calls that "very positive value".

The simple fact that you're proposing a swap of them two while being so down on Terry should scream that he isn't "a very enticing trade asset" lol.

Terry is the only guard on the roster not named Melo or Miller who belongs in an NBA rotation. Seems kind of wild to trade for a different bonehead who plays the same position as Gordo, Miles, and PJ

I know he never developed into what Cho thought he was going to, but Biyombo really has developed into an ultra professional journeyman who can fit in anywhere. Cool seeing him starting again for Memphis.

Games are so fixed in the NBA. Probably all sports. But especially the NBA. That Lebron loose ball timeout was an atrocity. I could care less, but ruined what could've been a great ending. **** pathetic.

Tj McConnell is a joy to watch, I doubt pacers ever considered moving him, great glue guy off the bench.

Cody Zeller is still getting mins for Pelicans, he has played in 19 games has a fg% of 30%. How? That is awful and historically awful for a center.

"Grizzlies hope to keep Bismack after Ja returns"

Only enough room for one star in Memphis, maybe we can trade for Ja to complete our Jailnets lineup.
