There is no person on this board more bullish on Fultz than I am.
Watching his interview yesterday was painful and it made me feel very sympathetic toward him. There are serious issues going on and I don't know what they are. This is obviously an issue that is much deeper than playing basketball.
Which does not mean that TOS did not occur. He was seen by some of the world's experts, especially the ones he saw from LA. Both are nervous system issues, it would not surprise me if one made someone more susceptible to the other.
No one wants to have psychiatric diagnosis. Thats why some people go to neurologists, and sometimes neurologists prescribe psychiatric drugs becouse otherwise patients wouldnt take it. Its also more and more common that neurologists consult with psychiatrists on cases they couldnt diagnose in the past.
We are not helping Fultz becouse he shouldnt be trying to play professional sports right now. People with his problems should go to psychotherapy, propably take medication and lower the stress in their lives. I think you all can see how severe his symptoms are ? Are we going to pretend we dont see it like coaches do right now? Thats just acting like a coward.
We wont help him with his mental health, he wont help us win. Its just prolonging the inevitable.
You are incorrect about this.
There is no evidence of a psychiatric issue that I saw.
What I saw is a physical central nervous system issue like, for example, Turrets Syndrome.
You dont have to believe me but read about conversion disorder. Nothing is suggesting Turrets Syndrome.
