Barring injury no chance, Hezonja is a guy who relied on athletic ability in Europe (which by NBA standards is not great) and had no real skills in terms of ball handling/passing/getting to the line or defense (had a good jumper) and was average size for a wing. Jovic is the complete opposite of all that plus he plays harder/better attitude and unselfish.
One thing with Jovic is that everything he was doing in the Summer League against scrubs is transferring to the NBA level against grown men, obviously not at the same quantity since he's a 5th option on the floor playing next to mainly starters.
Heat are in a tough position because in order to win now and get something decent back he's the most valuable piece they got (JJJ imo is untouchable) outside of draft picks.
