Now what really happened....
Pascal didnt want to leave but wanted the Max (or near max).
Masai instead pulled the Plug on the Era and tried to get something for Pascal (Bruce Brown and bad picks).
It is rather obvious Siakam would not have resigned unless it is a near Max.
Poeltl already said his piece about what he wants (beeing competitive) and the FO already said Poeltl is a part of the Future.
Dont know if he has the stomach to wait for it.
So no real drama here, just different wishes that are conflicting with each other.
