This despite Orlando currently owing 0 2nd round picks and owning 5 extra. So clearly the franchise does value them despite this fanbase trying to tell everyone differently for years. And they never owe 2nds and they always have a pile of extra ones.
maybe i missed it, please show me where the Orlando front office has done anything of value with a 2nd. i seen them sold, traded high 2nd picks for ones years down the road. as you mentioned, Orlando already has 5 picks coming their way, why help an eastern conference rival that doesnt really benefit you much?
I mean you can say no to a free 2nd, but this isn't actually making Philly more competitive. It's just tax savings and they will find a team to do this, you have to know that, so why not be the team getting the free thing.
I'd rather have a free $1000, but if someone wants to give me $100 bill I don't say well I already have one of those in my wallet so no thanks lol.
And who cares what the team does with it. Is it better to have or not? Even if they sell it, that's 7 figures of value.
But what it is not, is nothing. Which is what you have insisted. It's not much, but its definitely not nothing.
