If they're risking future seasons of Embiid, then that's a totally fair question. But if his knee is at no greater risk of re-injury and the only problems are his lack of conditioning & his lack of trust in the knee. Then it's conceivable that he would get into better shape & start to trust it more, the longer they kept playing...not that I think that would be enough for them to beat Boston/Denver, but if they got past us, IND/MIL is a manageable path to the first ECF of his career
Embiid has been injured every single year for the most part. When you keep doing the same thing over and over you will not get a different result. Compensation is common sense...Respectfully...you dont need a medical staff to advise you. Unless Embiid is
acting and hes not really in pain- it's clear that he should not be playing. The probability goes up when you are playing at the highest level of competition in the world and you are hobbling-that you will pick up another injury.
