It won't be Sac (IMO). They have Barnes and Murray with Lyles coming off the bench.
What they really need is a C. They would be extremely happy with Yves Missi (or maybe Filipowski) if he falls to 16, IMO.
Maybe if you could find a three-team deal where they get the C they want to back up Sabonis?
And OKC tends to hold onto their picks (because... well, they are pretty good at selecting talent in the draft).
I still think our best chance (and it is slim) is with Portland. But there has to be a guy they really want with #2.
We don’t need a center we could just resign Len or more thank likely Try Lyles is the backup center. Kuzma would fit especially considering I think monk will get a big deal from someone. Kuzma would allow us to bring Barnes off the bench where he belongs while getting more size if the deal could be Huerter, Mitchell, and 13 for kuzma
Count me all in for this trade for the Wizards. They get a young PG, Huerter who I think returns back to last years' form and #13. It allows the Wizards to play Bilal major minutes at PF along with Vukcevic to see what we have.
Having 2, 13 & 26 is about all the rookies they can handle. If they can package 26 + 51 to move up a bit all the better.
For Sac this is puzzling. I guess a forward rotation of Kuzma, Murray and Barnes is rock solid. But the guard rotation will be thin with Fox, Ellis and Duarte? And I think that the Sabonis/Len rotation is sub-optimal.
