The key word there being realistic. Keeping in mind that you are trying to lure players to come and play in Detroit, or trade for a player of equal or greater value than Tobias without losing a bunch of assets in a trade. Very interested to hear opinions on that.
The only one I'd really consider is John Collins if we can get some sort of pick to take him on. 2 years left on his deal.
I think Tobias is pretty clearly a better player for this team because he can create his own offense (Tobias 45.6% self-created FG's, Collins 21%), but if there's someone we like that falls to #29 and Utah will give us that pick to take Collins' contract, I'd consider that.
Still, if Tobias will sign here on a reasonable deal, we can bring him in, let him put up numbers, and he becomes flippable for assets pretty quickly IMO.
