There's stuff outside the US? Like, outer space?

Many Americans can't travel outside the US due to criminal records.

Like Trump?

Overall - this draft had the most crying of any draft I have ever seen. Is this a generation thing?

Heaven forbid these players get emotional over achieving their dream of making it to the NBA and not processing this ocassion like a soulless robot.

This is part of what makes the sport so great.

I was watching some older drafts on Youtube and nobody was crying except for a few of the parents. Definitely a generation thing.

Not my point - compared to previous drafts there was a lot of crying. NBA TV was showing previous drafts and after watching it, it was very obvious. I'm not saying it's bad, just saying it was very obvious.

I agree with you. Some players were emotional but more were happy or relieved. Many were like it's about time and confident. I can hear Draymond saying 'I heard you cried like a beatch when you were drafted.' Maybe we need to adjust to a softer and gentler NBA.

Was just told that Tyler Smith was the Raptors worst interview. Kid didn't go to high school. Very unintelligent. He comes across as such but I didn't realize it was that bad.

The intel around Ware's lack of intensity from his recent pre-draft workouts caused several teams to speculate he might fall all the way to the end of the first round or possibly to the second round. In the end, the Heat, known for the emphasis they place on toughness, consistent energy and conditioning, drafted him.

Raps likely pass if he was there

I never liked his on court game either. Didnt provide much other than can stretch the floor. No defense

Was told that there were injury concerns for Ware, only interviewed OK. Overall it seems like they weren't high on him at 19, I think they likely would have taken Ja'Kobe. The more interesting discussion would have been McCain/Walter.

It's possible. I briefly asked Dean if he was impressed with what Missi achived against tough D1 SOS with only less than 4 years experience under his belt and he said yes and that there was a consensus on it that he was an interesting candidate. Lots of advanced analytics guys wrote off Missi for some odd reason but Dean wasn't buying it.

They already got a bunch. Time to win is now. Start building the team. No one knows where minny will be 31’. Antman will be 30 still.

They messed up big time. Even if that deal is for the #1 pick in ‘31. They need to surround Wemby now. They were gifted the best prospect since LeBron and chose to delay their rebuild. Absolutely mind numbingly stupid decision making, and then teams wonder why stars walk.

Dillingham wanted to be a Spur and would form a pretty good back court with Castle and compliments Wemby. The Spurs got too cute by half here with this trade. Who really gives a **** about 7 years from now, Minnesota could win a chip in the next 7 years and if Dillingham is a starting calibre PG for the next 10 years the Wolves won this trade. Its about building around Wemby now, surrounding him with young players he can grow with.

For a weak draft Raptors seem to have picked some intriguing prospects. On the Knicks board it sounds like the same thing. Maybe every team's board feels that way.

Bleacher Report gave every team a B or better except Bucks got a C. Knicks and a couple others were graded A, Raptors B.

Almost every team got better apparently

Hopefully this is our new young core to build with going forward. Back when we had FVV/Powell/Delon/Siakam/Poeltl I am sure no one expected much, but Shead/Walter/Dick/Agbaji/Mogbo with a vet like Olynyk/Brown would at least be a fun AF bench
What an absolute failure and disaster this franchise is, ran by one of the most incompetent front offices in the league.
