Pepperidge farm does.
I know the media is celebrating him as a superstar (and some fans also), but he is a defensive liability and his impact as a winning player is questionable.
When Embiid does not play it's a 35-41 (14-20 last year) record and his TS% goes down from 60% range to 56.9% overall (54.2% last year) as well as his assists (no more bunnies to Embiid), while TOs go up.
If you look at those numbers without Embiid he is barely any better than Herro on paper. I have him as a better playmaker and his quickness and ability to finish makes him better than Herro right now, but the difference between the two is largly overstated when looking at their impact on winning games.
He has a long way to go to live up to his new contact.
What, that makes little to no sense. What's Herros record being the best player on court for the Heat? Last year he was never the best player on the heat, not a single game, mainly because he missed 40 games, and he always had Bam to cover for his terrible defense when he was on court. 35-41 record missing the MVP of the team and having Tobias Harris as the other "star" of the team is a god damn miracle.
