As I've stated before, France has strong representation of all the Abrahamic faiths.

France has strong representation of the Christian faith. About 50% of the population identifies as Christian. Around 5% identifies as Muslim. Only 1% are Jewish. So, to lump all of them together as Abrahamic faiths when Christianity represents around 90% of the adherents of Abrahamic faiths is a bit disingenuous.

France is a Christian-majority country so it is only natural that the religion that they're going to recreate/pay homage to/lampoon is going to be their majoritarian religion. That's what normally happens, everywhere around the world. Recreating/paying homage to/lampooning a minority religion would be the weird part.

It's in the Olympic Charta that the Host has to show the society in its own country. You cultureless american don't know anything about Europe in general.

Moulin Rouge and Dragqueens have been always a part of Parisian Society and France in general. They are a part of our European culture.

No dude, you're really confused here if you think that the US has been making Paris "woke". You should probably just read some French history, but I'll tell you what my thought was when I watched the Opening Ceremony:

Whoa, this is going to freak my fellow Americans out. No way we'll do anything thing this daring when we have the Olympics in '28.

But I also thought it was totally on brand for Paris, which has been at the bleeding edge of Western Culture's Overton Window for centuries.

And frankly I loved a lot of what they were doing just showing the rest of the world who their culture is without any apology other than to those who suffered at their culture's hands. Doesn't mean it all resonated with me of course, but I don't expect it too. It's their culture I'm experiencing, it should stretch my mind a bit.

I’m about to step on some toes in regard to the Opening Ceremony at the Paris Olympics.
